The Uttar Pradesh Sunni Waqf Board has made public the draft of the mosque to be built in Ayodhya.

Architect SM Akhtar made public the design of the mosque and the hospital.

This mosque will be oval and there will be no domes or towers in the design of this two-floor mosque. It will be able to read 2000 Namazi Namaz simultaneously. A separate place will also be made for women Namazis here.

A hospital will also be constructed on the premises of the mosque itself. A community kitchen and Indo-Islamic Culture Research Center will also be built near the mosque.

Quoting the Waqf Board, the newspaper has said that Bhoomi Pujan is not done in Islam, so no such program will be organized for the mosque. However, the foundation of the mosque will be laid on 26 January 2021 or 15 August 2021.

After the Supreme Court’s decision in the Ramjanmabhoomi Babri Masjid case, the Uttar Pradesh Sunni Waqf Board formed a trust named Indo-Islamic Culture Foundation, whose responsibility is to build the mosque near Ayodhya.
