What is the best rule of studying?

I will not give any ideal knowledge here, I will only tell what I follow, its outcome is also very good.

You will be able to study only when you are physically and mentally healthy, so wake up early in the morning and do exercise and yoga.

● Get 6 hours of sleep at night, but do not take more than that, so much sleep is enough in student life (although I sleep 51/2 hours).

● Repeat what you have read before, only then read something new (revision is very important)

● Read whatever topic or topic you find difficult at the same time, but do not skip it.

● Focus on understanding any topic or topic instead of rote, things remain in the mind for a long time by understanding.

● Do not make a topic fall for a long time, it can lead to dullness, you can change your subject every 1 hour.

● Make sure to take a break for some time in between (but stay away from devices like mobile during this time)

● While studying, there may be dullness or feeling demotivated (as I sometimes do), stop a little and take a deep breath for 5-10 minutes.

● Instead of watching motivational videos, take some permanent motivation, such as your financial situation or parents’ dreams or to achieve someone special or anything that is permanent in your life.

It is natural to have negativity while studying, so thinking that it just happens to you is wrong, it happens to everyone.

● Pay good attention to your diet. Sitting for a long time can cause health problems (usually related to stomach and constipation)

● I drink neem giloy juice every morning (if you want, you can also drink it, it is beneficial for the stomach)

I have a friend who falls late at night and wakes up at 9:00 in the morning and organizes everything well (if you can also read till late at night, just read, just study diligently, whenever you feel) although I do not do that nor do I like it.

Never make the mistake of considering any exam as your whole life, if you fail, life will start to look dull.

Everything is part of our lives, not life.
