BJP MLA Nitish Mishra accused of forcibly grabbing land

Madhubani. Jhanjharpur’s current BJP MLA Nitish Mishra has been accused of forcible land grab and death threats. The victim woman Mala Jha says that the MLA’s land is adjacent to our land, so he wants to usurp it. While the registry of this land was done in 2020 after the investigation of the then registrar Madhubani. But due to the pressure of the MLA, the CO Andhrathadi is not rejecting the filing. We have complained about this to DCLR Jhanjharpur and DM Madhubani is investigating it, but suddenly on the evening of 28th December the police arrested my husband Uday Chandra Jha and took him away.

On asking for a copy of the FIR, the police is refusing to give it.

Along with this, the victim has also alleged that on December 28, 2022, a call recording was received in which there is a conversation between MLA’s personal assistant Panchu ji and a person, in which it is said that Uday Chandra Jha alias Guddu ji has been appointed by Nitish. It is difficult to escape from Mishra’s wrath and the result is nothing but a very bad death. This thing will end in a bad way. What is the meaning of this? Is MLA Nitish Mishra conspiring to kill my husband Uday Chandra Jha alias Guddu Jha through the administration and his people?

What is the matter?

Actually, the matter is that, on September 24, 2020, Mala Jha, wife of Uday Chandra Jha, a resident of Thadi in the district, bought a land from Devanand Jha on September 24, 2020 and got it registered. This land is adjacent to the MLA’s land. They allege that the MLA wants to usurp it. After buying the land, Jhanjharpur MLA Nitish Mishra called the victim and asked her to give the said land or a land on the National Highway in return, which she refused to give. After that, the MLA is not allowing the filing to be dismissed by putting pressure on Praveen Kumar Vats, the CO of Andhrathadi. He says that the CO has stopped it by doing fraudulent money transactions, after which the victim complained about it in DSLR Jhanjharpur. Now DM Madhubani is investigating the case dismissed. Despite this, Nitish Mishra wants to grab land on the basis of hooliganism. He says that Nitish Mishra is making different conspiracies instead of showing the land papers. It is being said that when the victim was getting her land cleaned on December 28, 2022, the police came around 3 pm and along with the CO Andhrathadi were also present. All the officers went back after seeing the situation, then suddenly around 6 pm the police came and arrested the victim’s husband Uday Chandra Jha and took them away. When asked to the police on what basis you have arrested, the police officers said that verbal orders have been received from above. But when the victim reached the police station to ask for the FIR copy on December 29, the police refused to give the FIR copy. Let us tell you that the victim had earlier submitted her application in the Janata Darbar and met the Chief Minister, after which he had also given orders to dismiss the filing. Even though till date the filing was not rejected, once again the Janata Darbar on behalf of the victim. Application has been made in Along with this, BJP’s National President Mr. Jai Prakash Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, Bihar’s DGP have appealed with all the documents.
