What are the signs of fatty liver?

Fatty liver can be suspected in the presence of these symptoms – fatigue, weight loss, loss of appetite, pain in the upper part of the abdomen or in the middle can be its symptoms. Apart from this, symptoms of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis i.e. NASH and cirrhosis may include reddening of the palms, abdominal swelling, enlarged blood vessels under the surface of the skin, and yellowing of the skin and eyes.
