Mahindra Marazzo launched with BS6 engine, will give competition to this car

Mahindra launched its Marazzo with the new BS6 engine. Three variants of this car have been launched. At the same time, Mahindra is working on its petrol version.

Its entry-level variant is M2, while the mid-specification variant is M4 +. Apart from this, the top variants are M6 +. The company has discontinued the top M8 variants of the Marazzo with the BS6 upgrade.

Features of Mahindra Marazzo MPV

Launched with BS6 engine, this car has a 1.5 liter, 4 cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, which generates 121 bhp of power at 3,500rpm and peak torque of 300 Nm at 1,750-2,500rpm. This car of Mahindra is 4,585mm long, 1,866mm wide and 1,774mm high. The wheelbase of this car is 2,760mm.

Mahindra Marazzo features features such as lumber support for driver and co-driver seats, height adjustable for driver seat, automatic AC, follow-me home headlamps. This car is equipped with 7 inch touchscreen infotainment system and rear parking camera with GPS navigation. The initial price of the new Marazzo with BS6 engine in the ex-showroom of Delhi has been fixed at Rs 11.25 lakh. This price is of the M2 variant of Mahindra Marazzo. At the same time, its M4 + variant costs Rs 12.37 lakh, while its M6 + top variant costs up to Rs 13.51 lakh. The M2 and M4 + variants of Mahindra Marazzo have 16 inch wheels shod with 215/65 section tires, while the top M6 + variant has rapped 17 inch wheels in 215/60 section tires.

Petrol variants can also be launched

Mahindra is also planning to bring petrol variants of Marazzo. It is believed that the company can launch it in the next few months. This model can come with a 1.5 liter turbocharged petrol engine. It can be given 6 speed manual and 6 speed torque converter automatic options.

Innova Crysta will compete with

Mahindra Marazzo is said to be competing with the Toyota Innova Crysta. The length of the cryst is 150 mm larger than that of Mahindra Marazzo. Marazzo has gone ahead in terms of wheelbase. The wheelbase of the Marazzo is 10 mm larger than the Innova Crysta. Mahindra Marazzo is ahead in terms of width as well. Here the difference is 38 mm. The base variant of the Innova Crysta has a 2.4-liter engine while the Maraj has a 1.5-liter diesel engine.
